Join us for a brand new, hands-on workshop all about the nature of chocolate with Norman Wittels at New England Sci-Tech. Activities are geared toward ADULTS, but children 4th grade and up may join with a parent participating with their student.
The workshop is intended to be experienced in a 3-session sequence, as the later concepts build upon previous experiences.

Class #3: Printing Chocolates
Have you wondered how individual chocolate pieces are made and decorated? In this class, we will show how to shape, decorate, and fill bonbons.
