Space Science and Astronomy

This is an informal club of astronomy and space science enthusiasts. 

Some people love coming to public telescope nights to help set up and operate the telescopes, and they may ask to set up and operate for their own interests at other times.

Some members have learned how to operate the planetarium projector and practice by giving shows under the supervision of planetarium staff.  This is particularly useful for high school students who are interested in building their portfolio of experience and leadership for college applications.
