After School Junior Scientists
A different topic every WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON 4:00-5:00 pm. Sign up for each workshop separately according to your child's interests.
For students who love science in grades 2 and 3, the After School Junior Scientist workshops are fun and educational enrichment activities for both children and parents. Space is limited. We will accept 6 students in each session.
TODAY we will explore Physics of Flight – how airplanes fly, terminology such as lift, thrust, drag, pitch, roll, yaw, rudder, flaps, how to make the best paper airplane. Each student will have a few minutes of flight time on the flight simulator.
In addition to registering for this workshop, please fill out the Student Permissions Formfor your first visit and at least once per season (fall, winter, spring).
